The short version

Ritualbloom is a digital product delivered instantly. Because the full guide reaches you the moment your payment goes through, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment is completed, with one exception described below.

What you're buying

A one-time payment of $10 USD gets you "Ritualbloom: The Home Brewing Guide", a 64-page PDF, yours forever. This is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, no hidden fees, and no upsells at checkout. Every future update to the guide is included free.

No returns or refunds

Returns are not possible because the product is a digital file delivered immediately. Once your download link is used, the product is considered delivered and consumed. This is the same reason you cannot return a movie you have already streamed.

We keep this policy strict so we can keep the price at $10 and keep creating. If that ever changes, the updated policy will be posted here.

The one exception

If you paid but genuinely never received access to the download, and our support confirms a technical failure on our side, we will either restore your access or issue a full refund within 7 business days. This is the only refund scenario. To qualify, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your payment reference.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support will be contested with transaction records and download logs as evidence. Talking to us is faster and almost always leads to a better outcome for both of us.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.
